JSP Series Proportional Control Valves

The JSP Series is a two-port direct-operated proportional control solenoid valve for general purpose air and water applications. These units use the current to smoothly control the flow rate and incorporate a new coil technology that maximizes magnetic efficiency and reduces energy consumption. In addition, this series makes it possible to control the flow rate in a stepless manner with a single valve.

Here’s a quick rundown of additional features and benefits of the JSP Series.

Durable design. JSP proportional control valves have a IP67 protection rating and standard stainless steel enclosure, boosting their corrosion resistance in water-based applications. In addition, their internal stopper extends their service life. JSP valves are also UL, CE and NSF compliant.

Innovative coil rotation. The design of these valves enables users to insert and remove a lead wire for 360-degree rotation. This feature makes the lead wire easy to handle even as the coil rotates.

Improved control. JSP valves suppress the pressure fluctuation at the time of the valve opening. They also suppress the iron core’s oscillation.

Range of options. Additional options include the choice of stainless steel or brass bodies, body ported or base mounted body types, and DIN, conduit or grommet electrical entry options.

The JSP Series is ideal for a wide range of air and water applications. For example, you can use them for shielding gasses in welding machines, air purging or blowing of substrates, air blowing for the purpose of draining and handpiece rotation control in dental applications. You can also use them for water temperature control in hot water tanks, as well as in diluting and replenishment applications.
