New PEWWE Series Motors Offer Reliable Operation in Tough Agricultural Applications

The electric motors in agricultural applications must be able to meet many rigorous demands, including operating daily in harsh environments with vibration, heat, dust and debris. Worldwide Electric’s new PEWWE Series Grain Dryer Motor is up to the challenge.

These three-phase motors are ideal for grain drying and centrifugal fan applications. Designed to endure harsh conditions, they’re an excellent choice for high-impact, heavy-duty agricultural operations. They’re also available in all the same standard motor sizes as other manufacturers on the market, yet offer a more cost-effective price point without sacrificing performance.

Units integrate an extended shaft, which is 1-inch longer than standard T-frames, and extended, 72-inch leads to facilitate installation. They also offer high starting and breakdown torques for handling tough starts and stops. The PEWWE Series also features oversized, double-shielded ball bearings and oil seals on both shaft ends to prevent contamination. Their Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) enclosure provides additional protection against dust and moisture.
